Job Description

We are looking for a Content Writer to join our team and enrich our websites with new blog posts, guides etc. Content Writer responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types.   1. Website Content Creation:
    • Produce well-researched, accurate, and engaging website content, including landing pages, product/service descriptions, and blog posts.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team and subject matter experts to understand the company’s offerings and target audience to create content that aligns with our brand voice and tone.
    • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to enhance organic traffic and improve search rankings.
    • Ensure all website content adheres to the company’s style guidelines, is grammatically correct, and free of errors.
  2. Social Media Content Development:
    • Develop and curate engaging social media content for various platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
    • Create compelling visual and written content, including images, infographics, short videos, and written posts, that aligns with the company’s branding and resonates with the target audience.
    • Schedule and publish social media posts while maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
    • Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant topics into the content strategy.
  3. Content Marketing Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that support marketing goals and objectives.
    • Conduct competitor and industry research to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in content marketing.
    • Analyze content performance metrics and user engagement to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve content effectiveness.
  4. Editing and Proofreading:
    • Review and edit content created by other team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Proven experience as a content writer with a focus on website and social media content.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging, persuasive, and SEO-friendly content.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and their respective content formats.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
