Eligibility: M.Com/M.Sc (Any Stream)/B.Com/B.E. & B.Tech/B.Sc(Any Stream)

Experience : 2 – 5 years

Job Description:

· Understand, analyze, and provide the right solution for the customer needs. 

· Experience on handling customers over verbal and non-verbal. 

· Act on the issues in a timely manner within SLA 

· Team Handling and effective team co-ordination 

· Should be proactive 

Skills :

· Effective and clear communication skills 

· Listening and understanding skills 

· Able to complete the tasks on expected Speed with accuracy 

· Should be able to own the accountability 

· Continual learning. 

· Mandatory to have Knowledge on Excel 

· Good to have SQL Knowledge 

· Pattern Identification 

· Problem Identification with clear action point 

· Multi-Tasking
